Firstly we'll firstly discuss how to create a film festival strategy that will actually help you get nominations and awards without wasting a huge amount of money. Secondly we'll discuss how to utilise film festivals to acquire sales agents or distribution deals.
FINDING AND APPROACHING SALES AGENTS
We'll outline the different steps you need to take to find the right sales agent for your film which can make or break your entire distribution strategy. We'll discuss when and how to approach sales agents, how to find the right ones and how to get them on board your project.
PR, MARKETING & REACHING YOUR AUDIENCES
In this talk we’ll outline the many different methods you can use to reach a wider audience when releasing your film. We'll discuss both paid and organic marketing methods and how to utilise PR to get as many eyeballs on your film.
SELF-DISTRIBUTION & ALTERNATIVE METHODS
Finally we'll discuss how to self-distribute your film if you cannot find a sales agents or distributor. We'll discuss online self-distribution as well as alternative methods of distributing your film on a very limited budget.
