You may cancel your membership at any time by following the cancellation procedure outlined in our membership portal or by contacting customer support.
We do not offer refunds for membership fees once a membership term has started or if your membership has been automatically renewed. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to membership benefits until the end of the current membership term, and your membership will not be renewed thereafter.
